I ship everything with Canada Post. Your parcel will be shipped with a tracking number.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes! If your parcel is shipping to the USA please select USA Shipping at checkout.

How long will it take my package to reach me?

Please allow 2 weeks from shipping date for your package to reach its destination. I hope it won't be that long, but snail mail is just that sometimes. If you want rushed shipping please contact me.

Will I be charged tariffs?

Tariffs are included in the shipping cost to the United States. Stickers DO NOT SHIP TO US, unless you message me first, due to the high tariff on that item.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Allow for 2-6 business days for your order to ship from date of placing your order. I am a mother of young children, but will do my best to complete your order as quickly as I can.

When will I receive my printable download?

I will send your files via email as soon as I process your order. This should only take 1-3 business days. If you are not receiving them, please contact me!

Can I use the PDF files for commercial use?

At this time the printable files you purchase from Up In The Skye are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not sell any product that uses these files.

What does personal use mean?

You may use the printed product for yourself, students, children, gifts etc. You may NOT pass on the digital file in any way to any person. You may not sell this design in any way or form. Please do not use these files digitally. They are to be printed and you may use the final product for yourself.
